I had an awful experience Thursday, short story I never ended up getting seen after waiting nearly an hour. They basically gave my appointment away to a emergency (probably private) because they wasn’t sure I was going to turn up; I had called to say I wasn’t sure if I would be there on time when in fact I was 2mins early! Whilst I was sat there I heard the receptionist chase another patient who was late for him to say it was no problem if they came half an hour after their initial appointment! I clearly wasn’t shown the same leniency.
I rebooked for today whilst there. I called just now to check the time as never got the email (and in my stressed state Thursday didn’t put in my diary like usual) to be told that I didn’t have an appointment! The receptionist tried to say I had told him I would need to confirm I could attend. Absolute BS.
I no longer live in Kidbrooke so it isn’t just round the corner, I don’t drive and have a baby that I have to take with me when I do go so it isn’t convenient to have my time wasted. And imagine I hadn’t checked today and just turned up to have my time wasted yet again!
They also don’t seem to reply to emails now either, even though I’m told the manager monitors them.
I’d be very cautious if you’re thinking of joining this surgery.
Coming at 9am I had to wait 10min before the practice even opened, next time when I came 4min after opening the practice I was refused to be seen, because my appointment booked HALF AN YEAR in advance, was given to an emergency case. And I took DAY OFF FROM WORK to be seen and booked that check up appointment for me and my two daughters. It would take 5 min to see us all, but not, I had to be shown instead who holds power. Not even a single word sorry I heard.
I strongly discourage anyone from joining that dental practice, unless you want to feel like begging to be served. I ensure you they will make you feel like you are given a favour to be even noticed.

Fantastic practice. Lovely dentist but the hygienist is absolutely brilliant! Having sensitive teeth, i advised her I was sensitive to hot and cold water. She used warm water to clean my teeth and I left with a big fat smile on my face. I already booked my next appointment!
Karen is absolutely lovely. She is fabulous at her job. Great on the phone and certainly makes you feel welcome.
They would be lost without her.

I had an emergency dental crisis. I’ve never been to this clinic before as my Dentist is in London Bridge. I live in Kidbrooke Village and this is local to me, and since it was an emergency and everywhere I had called were fully booked, I had no other choice but to give it a go. I’m so glad I did. The dentist is so lovely, and he did a stellar job! It was pain-free and completed within minutes. There was even complete transparency with the price.
