If I could give zero stars I would. I had an awful experience Thursday, short story I never ended up getting seen after waiting nearly an hour. They basically gave my appointment away to a emergency (probably private) because they wasn’t sure I was going to turn up; I had called to say I wasn’t sure if I would be there on time when in fact I was 2mins early! Whilst I was sat there I heard the receptionist chase another patient who was late for him to say it was no problem if they came half an hour after their initial appointment! I clearly wasn’t shown the same leniency. I rebooked for today whilst there. I called just now to check the time as never got the email (and in my stressed state Thursday didn’t put in my diary like usual) to be told that I didn’t have an appointment! The receptionist tried to say I had told him I would need to confirm I could attend. Absolute BS. I no longer live in Kidbrooke so it isn’t just round the corner, I don’t drive and have a baby that I have to take with me when I do go so it isn’t convenient to have my time wasted. And imagine I hadn’t checked today and just turned up to have my time wasted yet again! They also don’t seem to reply to emails now either, even though I’m told the manager monitors them. I’d be very cautious if you’re thinking of joining this surgery.

Today was my first time going to this practise, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was waiting no more than five minutes before I met my hygienist, Alexander. I can’t even say enough about how pleasant he made the appointment. I am often nervous about going to the dentist, but Alexander made sure that I was comfortable throughout every stage, explaining what he was doing, and allowing me time to take a break when needed. He did not make me feel uncomfortable or judged at all, and gave me some great advice to take going forward. Thank you for making this such an easy appointment, Alexander! When I was leaving, the receptionist gave me a smile and said goodbye, even though she was busy at the time. I truly could not have had a better experience here, and will definitely feel positively about coming back soon.

Whenever I was coming I felt unwelcome and I work in customer service myself so I mean it. The front of the house just do not care. Coming at 9am I had to wait 10min before the practice even opened, next time when I came 4min after opening the practice I was refused to be seen, because my appointment booked HALF AN YEAR in advance, was given to an emergency case. And I took DAY OFF FROM WORK to be seen and booked that check up appointment for me and my two daughters. It would take 5 min to see us all, but not, I had to be shown instead who holds power. Not even a single word sorry I heard. I strongly discourage anyone from joining that dental practice, unless you want to feel like begging to be served. I ensure you they will make you feel like you are given a favour to be even noticed.

Good dentist. Mean receptionist. Didn't make me feel welcome. I was late 5 minutes as i had to drop the kids off and she shooked her head at me and sneered. When i went to go pay, i said thank you and she ignored me, talked to somebody else and didnt look at me at all. I'm going somewhere else. Also sounds like the same receptionist who called me to say that they had to change my original appointment date and time, she wasn't very helpful and was very short with me on the phone. She didn't give me a reason why till I prompted her, and didn't apologize for the inconvenience and didn't really try to help with the change, even though it's because the practice were short on staff. I'm not sure if it's the same receptionist written about in the reviews.

Fantastic practice. Lovely dentist but the hygienist is absolutely brilliant! Having sensitive teeth, i advised her I was sensitive to hot and cold water. She used warm water to clean my teeth and I left with a big fat smile on my face. I already booked my next appointment!

Brilliant dentist practice , lovely receptionist Karen who was very helpful with my dental needs and how to register myself on my last visit . She was fantastic at her job and made me feel very welcome .. Overall I am very happy with my experience and can’t recommend enough.

The dentist is very professional and gets the job done. The receptionist has a terrible attitude, is unwelcoming, and seems to enjoy addressing patients in a condescending manner (as if on some type of glorified power trip). I note that this is a common theme in these reviews and that she is still there demonstrating the same behaviour years later. Please provide her with some customer service training as she is doing a disservice to your business.

Karen is absolutely lovely. She is fabulous at her job. Great on the phone and certainly makes you feel welcome.
They would be lost without her.
Cheers Karen

I had an emergency dental crisis. I’ve never been to this clinic before as my Dentist is in London Bridge. I live in Kidbrooke Village and this is local to me, and since it was an emergency and everywhere I had called were fully booked, I had no other choice but to give it a go. I’m so glad I did. The dentist is so lovely, and he did a stellar job! It was pain-free and completed within minutes. There was even complete transparency with the price.
Thank you very much for your assistance today!
